Rob was awesome. I’d been advised to replace my screen by an alternative windscreen repair company (without a physical visual inspection) but wanted a second opinion as I felt it could be repaired based on my understanding of the rules. Rob was able to repair the screen and restore its structural integrity - he took time and did a fantastic job. The advantages of this are massive - it saved me a lot of time, saved me money, got the job done sooner, saved me replacing an authentic BMW screen with an inferior product, saved me the issues that often arise from a new screen (eg poor sealant fit and bad calibration of sensors) and importantly saved a large windscreen going to landfill, as they can’t be recycled. Thanks so much for the repair - couldn’t recommend Rob highly enough.

As I pulled into the Morrisons car park - I saw windscreen repairs tent in the car park - excellent as I had a small chip in the middle of my windscreen. Rob was very friendly and helpful. I left him my keys and went to work. Returned at lunchtime to find the chip was beautifully repaired and you couldn't see where it had been. Payment was easy. Job done - with no fuss and no time wasted for me!
